What we look for

Verisa lists properties that take wellness seriously as infrastructure, not as a marketing line. A sauna is our primary signal, alongside facilities like cold plunges, steam rooms, a proper gym, spa pools, treatment spaces and other amenities that support how you want to feel when you arrive.

Every claim must be backed by photographic evidence. We don’t publish a wellness facility unless it’s clearly visible in the gallery. Images are reviewed for quality, recency and accuracy against what the property actually offers on site.

Verification is a detailed editorial review against objective standards. We examine that amenities are operational, accessible to guests, and meaningfully present rather than nominal. Select properties also receive in-person verification by the Verisa team. Properties may be re-verified if conditions change.

Listing is editorial and curator-driven. Verisa is not pay-to-play. Properties cannot pay to appear in our catalogue. We only publish properties we believe in.
